Guests staying at this exciting new scheme can expect contemporary interiors paying tribute to the brand’s heritage, along with culinary and wellness venues that command impressive skyline views.

Timeless glamour meets modern spirit

The St Regis Downtown Dubai is located along the Dubai Water Canal, close to many of the city’s celebrated attractions, just steps from The Dubai Mall and a short drive from Dubai Design District and the International Financial Centre. This new hotel’s interiors pair rich fabrics and gold accents reflecting the storied St Regis brand with bespoke design details taking inspiration from the jewellery of Dubai’s Gold Souk.

Guests are met in an intimate lobby featuring lounge areas, a grand fireplace and striking artwork, with more contemporary artwork adorning the hotel’s other public areas and corridors.

The St Regis Downtown, Dubai will provide a distinct point of view on luxury hospitality in one of the city’s most exclusive districts, and will offer global luminaries the chance to enjoy the cherished hallmarks of the St Regis brand.”

A culinary and wellness destination

This much-anticipated property houses 298 luxurious guestrooms and suites, and offers views over local icons such as the Burj Khalifa through floor-to-ceiling windows. Each room comes with a large open bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and coral-inspired wall sculptures, and they all benefit from the St Regis Butler Service.

During their stay, guests can try a local take on the St Regis Afternoon Tea at The Library, dine on traditional Italian cuisine with a modern twist at Basta! and enjoy Mediterranean fine dining at Bleu Blanc Oysters & Grill.

Moreover, St Regis cocktails are served at the St Regis Bar, where a light-embellished mirrored mural across the ceiling depicts the Arabian desert’s starry sky at night, as well as at the poolside bar. And true to the brand’s traditions, the hotel will mark the transition from day to night with champagne sabering each evening.

The St Regis Spa, meanwhile, is home to six treatment rooms, along with amenities including a flotation pod and Arabian hammam, with every spa treatment including a 30-minute sensory experience in the in-suite infused steam room or sauna. These wellness facilities are joined by a fitness centre and outdoor infinity pool.

In March 2022, the hotel will unveil its lavish event space, the 564 sq m Astor Ballroom, incorporating floor-to-ceiling windows and an outdoor terrace with bar space, lounge seating, an open fireplace and city views.
