Therefore, shower toilets are the most hygienic and pleasant solution for fully cleaning after using the toilet.
Customisability down to the smallest detail
These basic functions have been improved by Duravit with several smart features. Many of the models can be configurated with the corresponding SensoWash®-App or alternatively with a remote control.
The exact position of the shower bar can be set and saved in advance or adjusted during use. The water temperature and intensity of the water jet, too, can be adjusted to precisely match the respective needs and ensure gentle cleansing.
SensoWash® further offers a range of technical refinements to guarantee comfort: from user recognition in the seat to an integrated night light and cozy seat heating.

Around 26,000 trees a day are destroyed worldwide to produce toilet paper. The production process itself is very water-intensive, requiring around 50 litres of fresh water for 1 kg of toilet paper. Further adding on to this negative impact on the environment are plastic waste from packaging, pollutants and CO2 emissions from transport.

Depending on the selected intensity, the water consumption of a shower toilet only amounts to around 0,35-0,6 litres per minute. In addition, the water heating system utilized by Duravit is especially energy efficient as hot water is only provided when required.
