Saudi Arabia’s Neom plans 160 additional luxury keys

Neom, Saudi Arabia’s new urban area in the country’s north west, has revealed its latest luxury coastal tourism destination, called Epicon.

Located on the Gulf of Aqaba, Epicon will rise from the region’s desert landscape in two striking towers, one 225 m tall and one reaching 275 m.

Hotel component

The towers will be home to an ultra-premium 41-key hotel and luxury residences that comprise 14 suites and apartments.

A short distance from the hotel is the Epicon resort, which will be designed to blend tranquillity with indulgence, featuring 120 rooms and 45 residential beach villas.

Gateway to the future

With a ‘gateway to the future’ concept, Epicon provides an opportunity to escape the stresses of the everyday, showcasing a beach club, a spa with bespoke wellness treatments, watersports offerings and destination restaurants.

The immersive experience will feature access to world-class facilities including a state-of-the-art gym, library, workspaces, pools and lounges.

New at Neom

The latest reveal follows the recent announcement of Leyja, Neom’s sustainable tourism destination set within a natural valley.

That ecotourism site will encompass three cutting edge Our Habitas ‘homes’, comprising 120 collective keys: Home of Adventure, where adventure, sport, and technology collide; Oasis, a celebration of nature; and Home of Wellness, featuring cutting-edge longevity and ancient ritual inspiration.
