Designed by Ludovica + Roberto Palomba, the novelty from the top Italian brand bets on an ideal continuity between indoors and outdoors
This sophisticated line created by the most glamorous couple in Italian design draws inspiration from the natural region of the same name in Ibiza, a location that has always exerted great fascination in the collective imagination, a sort of earthly paradise within reach. The result is a project with strong references to the natural and interior world with the clear intention of reducing the distance between in & out by highlighting an ideal continuity between the various environments.
“A landscape where land is used for salt harvesting overlooks pristine beaches” – remark Ludovica and Roberto Palomba – “where splendid contemporary villas with minimalist volumes are surrounded by greenery and enjoy this panorama in which we’ve imagined life around a large swimming pool. Sofas and armchairs in which the textile component is predominant. Used together, flat rope and attractive metallic details visible on the seat backs, create a timeless and elegant appeal. With this project we want to bring the refinement typical of the indoor world outdoors, increasingly reducing the distance between the two environments by putting them in continuity.”
For the dining collection, the concept of the monolithic served as the inspiration for Ludovica+Roberto Palomba. The table, available with either a concrete or an Accoya frame, consists of a top resting on a substantial, monolithic base characterized by three faceted columns. The same concept is also repeated in the coffee table. “The idea started from the desire to design a collection of single-leg tables suitable for outdoor life, for Talenti” – states Studio Palomba. “We wanted to make an object with a marked monolithic appearance. The result is a piece featuring minimal shapes that, when combined into a single base, create a strong distinctive detail. We have always been fascinated by the theme of columns, which we use here to impart the idea of simplicity and iconicity.”

SALINAS SOFA
The Salinas sofa – available in two, three-seater or modular configurations – expresses the typical refinement of indoor in the outdoor world, through the preciousness of the fabrics. The refined chromatic range evokes the colors of the sand and the sea, giving the outdoor environments a natural timeless charm. The soft lines of the cushions are enhanced by the contrast by the use of the padded strap in the back which here becomes a design element.
SALINAS BENCH
The bench – with or without armrests – enhances the elegance and refinement that give the outdoor environment a timeless charm through a careful play of colors created by neutral shades that recall those of nature.
SALINAS LIVING ARMCHAIR
The living armchair of the Salinas collection has an elegant design, in which the textile component is predominant. The use of the padded strap creates a compositional game that embellishes the metal details and highlights the soft lines of the cushions. Thanks to the refined style, it gives exclusivity to the outdoor environment.
SALINAS DINING TABLE
The Salinas dining table – available in square, round and rectangular shape- is inspired by monolithicity. Available with both Accoya and concrete structure, it consists of a top resting on a mighty monolithic base characterized by three faceted columns, which give simplicity and iconicity to the table and highlight the texture of the wood.
SALINAS COFFEE TABLE
The Salinas coffee table – available in square or round shape in two heights – stands out thanks to the quality of the materials and recalls the monolithic design of the dining table thanks to the precious materials and the structure with faceted columns at the base. The metal structure is enriched by a thin, slightly reflective lava stone slab, which gives charm to the external environment in which it is placed.
SALINAS DINING CHAIR
The Salinas dining chair stands out thanks to the design of the padded strap that wraps the backrest, highlighting the soft lines of the cushions. The quality of the fabrics and the natural nuances evoke an elegant and refined atmosphere that enhances and enriches the outdoor spaces.
