Ritz-Carlton teams up with Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport
Lucky members of Marriott Bonvoy get access to F1 celebrities
The two iconic brands will be working together to provide Ritz-Carlton guests with exclusive access to memorable experiences at Grands Prix Worldwide.
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC. has announced a new multi-year deal with Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport, making it the brand’s first official hotel partner.
The corporate team-up between the two industry heavyweights will officially begin at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Montreal, which takes place from June 7 to June 9.
Officials involved with the deal have described it as a union between two like-minded brands, which are committed to excellence.
The partnership “promises exclusive access and special experiences for members of Marriott Bonvoy, Marriott International’s newly renamed travel program, which includes The Ritz-Carlton.”
For guests, this means a new opportunity to enjoy extra benefits and luxuries.
Meeting Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport drivers
The headlining perk to result from the deal is that Marriott Bonvoy Members will now have the opportunity to meet and interact with Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport drivers such as Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas.
In addition, Marriott Bonvoy Members will be able to experience races from the paddock and enjoy exclusive VIP hospitality at the track via the Team’s Silver Arrows Lounge.
At the first event in Montreal, there will be a Ritz-Carlton concierge desk in the Silver Arrows Lounge. At this desk, attendees will be able to get insider tips for exploring the city. A Ritz-Carlton logo will also appear on the above-mentioned drivers’ race suits.

The key to accessing these unmatched perks is being part of the Marriott Bonvoy program and bidding on packages via Marriott Bonvoy Moments, a streamlined system for this and other exclusive experiences available only to Marriott Bonvoy members.
In markets such as Montreal, Budapest, Singapore and Abu Dhabi, The Ritz-Carlton will be curating “Ultimate Weekend Packages” for Marriott Bonvoy Moments.
Each of the packages will be like the one above, tailored to highlight the best of the destination in addition to unique experiences tied to each race.
