A team that includes BRPH, David Nelson Construction, Development Ventures Group and Mainsail Lodging & Development has opened a 128-room hotel in the Sunshine State.

West Florida is home to a new offering from Residence Inn by Marriott.

Residence Inn Tampa Wesley Chapel is located at the Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus of Pasco County, on the west coast of Florida, and looks out over the AdventHealth Sports Arena. Owned and operated by Mainsail Lodging & Development, the property’s primary construction group was David Nelson Construction, while Development Ventures Group also served as a partner on the project. The interior design team was spearheaded by BRPH.

Spread over four floors, this new 128-key hotel is made up of generously proportioned guestrooms and suites that come with full kitchens as well as distinct living and sleeping zones. There’s also free wifi throughout, plus laundry service, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a gym and a grab-and-go market open around the clock.

In addition, guests can avail themselves of the property’s flexible indoor meeting and event space, outdoor terrace and Skybox Rooftop Bar.
