Tharaldson Hospitality Management has announced the debut of a 147-key extended-stay hotel in the centre of one of Michigan’s biggest cities.
This Residence Inn by Marriott property brings together carefully considered architecture with an appealing location and an array of enticing amenities.
A new base for business and leisure travel
The Residence Inn by Marriott brand provides business and leisure travellers with convenient long-stay accommodation, offering modern suites packed full of the comforts of home. Now its latest site, Grand Rapids in Michigan, has opened its doors.
The stylish property is located at 40 Louis Street NW in the downtown area of the city. Residence Inn Grand Rapids Downtown is owned and operated by Tharaldson Hospitality Management under a franchise agreement with Marriott International.
Accommodating extended stays in Grand Rapids
Altogether, the new hotel encompasses 147 all-suite guestrooms, along with amenities including an indoor pool, fitness centre and business centre. Residents can also take advantage of its free wifi, complimentary hot breakfast, onsite laundry and grocery shopping during their stay.
The hotel has a meeting room available for rent, and an evening social for guests, Residence Inn MixTM, although the latter’s currently unavailable due to Covid19-related cleanliness protocols. Last but not least, local attractions within easy reach of the property include 20 Monroe Live, DeVos Performance Hall and Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park.
