The 140-room Aston Kemayoran City Hotel is set in the heart of Jakarta, close to JIExpo, Indonesia’s largest fairground and exhibition centre. Several embassies and government offices are also nearby, making the hotel ideal for business travellers. The property’s located in the striking Hermina Tower, an architectural landmark that boasts intriguing design inside and out – TrendRama Architects was the creative mind behind it all.
Aston Kemayoran features a total of 1,200 sq m of modern event space, including a pre-function area, seven meeting rooms and a large ballroom for up to 950 guests.
The Silangit restaurant, meanwhile, serves a range of local and international signature dishes. What’s more, the lobby is located on the same level, ensuring that every guest journey starts and ends on a high note, quite literally.
Hyatt House Winnipeg Southwest
Hyatt House recently launched its latest property in Winnipeg, Canada. The 135-room scheme is designed to cater to the needs of long-stay guests in town for business who want a place that feels more like a home than a hotel.
Spacious rooms and amenities, including a fitness centre, free parking and meeting facilities, make Hyatt House Winnipeg Southwest ideal for a productive business trip. In addition, those in need of some retail therapy or new furniture will appreciate that Seasons and Outlet Collection Winnipeg, Central Canada’s largest shopping destination, and Ikea are just across the street.
Dusit Thani Wellness Resort Suzhou City
Dusit Thani Wellness Resort Suzhou SND, Jiangsu is in a tourism zone set to become a new lifestyle destination, the Suzhou National Hi-Tech District. This area is currently home to more than 1,500 foreign businesses and over 40 Fortune 500 companies.
The resort’s key feature is its unique destination wellness centre that includes more than 30 indoor and outdoor natural hot spring pools. Oxygen rooms, infrared cabins and salt saunas are also available in the centre for guests and residents. This extensive offering is complemented by the Thai-inspired treatments of Dusit’s own Devarana Spa.
F&B outlets include an all-day dining venue, a Chinese restaurant and a lobby lounge. A 400 sq m pillarless ballroom and four meeting rooms with state-of-the-art AV facilities, moreover, will offer plenty of space for meetings and social events. Among the additional recreational facilities are mahjong rooms, a gym, a kid’s club, a beauty salon and a boutique.
The resort is only 20 minutes by car from the Suzhou high-speed train station – from there, travellers can reach Shanghai in 30 minutes. Suzhou’s central business district is only a 30-minute drive away as well. Guests can also visit the city’s Unesco-listed gardens and explore the many pagodas, stone bridges and other historical sites in the area.
In Heilbronn, Germany, Parkhotel Heilbronn now offers an ideal option for business and leisure guests. This 174-room property is set next to the new city garden and Heilbronn’s congress and convention centre.
With 12 meeting rooms ranging between 36 and 250 sq m in size, it makes for the perfect event location, be it a private gathering or a business meeting. Guests can reach the hotel easily via public transport or the nearby expressway, while 100 onsite parking spots, including charging stations for electric cars and e-bikes, add to the convenience.
Finally, Heilbronn’s historical downtown area is only a short walk away. There, guests can enjoy discovering local culture and culinary traditions.
Sheraton Guangzhou Panyu Hotel
Gemstones and jewels are the visual and energetic inspiration at the new Sheraton Guangzhou Panyu, located in the city’s central business district near Chimelong Resort.
Sparkling stones cascade from the ceiling in the lobby, where a cosy lounge invites conversation and connection over coffee and cocktails. What’s more, glass and metal features, decorative panels and a carved ceiling create a gallery-inspired setting. This aesthetic carries into the accommodation, where large windows overlook the city from the 30th to 41st floors.
In the rooms, separate spaces are dedicated to work and relaxation, and beds are designed to offer Sheraton’s signature sleep experience. And in the Executive Lounge, select guests enjoy attractive benefits, including complimentary breakfast and happy hours.
Another striking feature is that the hotel’s ‘jewel box’ opens to reveal even more beautiful spaces: a Chinese restaurant with private dining rooms, a pillar-free ballroom with a built-in LED screen, an indoor infinity pool surrounded by lounge beds and an all-day café with international buffets.
