JA Enchanted Waterfront Resort
This charming collection of private villas are situated on an idyllic beachfront in the tropical paradise of the Seychelles. The complex will form part of the new marina redevelopment and will be comprised of private villas and serviced apartments. There are 6 villas in total, as well as a beach-front lodge in the marina, and the resort falls into the 5-star luxury category. The villas and lodge are designed in a traditional style and use natural, local materials for that authentic island vibe.
Westin Ubud Resort & Spa
The pinnacle of wellness, the 120-key Westin Ubud Resort and Spa — designed by ara design — is nestled in a landscape of rice paddies and and the hillside ravines of Bali’s Gianyar regency. A 5-star, new build resort, its focus is squarely on wellbeing, and guests can avail of the 24-hour WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio as well as the indulgence of the Heavenly Spa. Ideal for both personal rejuvenation and family restoration, the resort boasts four restaurants, three outdoor decks and an infinity pool from where guests can marvel at the beautiful Balinese landscape that surrounds the hotel.
The St. Regis Cairo
This sprawling new 5-star luxury St. Regis hotel in the heart of the Egyptian capital Cairo is spread over 36 floors, and stands as a new landmark in this bustling and vibrant city. Guests staying in this pristine tower will be afforded incredible panoramas out over the mythical Nile, and will have convenient access to Cairo’s upmarket shopping and entertainment district. Designed by renowned architect Michael Graves, each of the hotel’s 366 rooms has been executed in lavish sophistication, introducing a level of luxury not seen before in the capital of Egypt. The property also boasts a number of serviced apartments for those wishing to extend their stay in this inimitable city.
Park Hyatt Doha
The brand new Park Hyatt Doha is located in the Qatari capital’s Msheireb Downtown Doha, billed as “the world’s first sustainable downtown regeneration project”. This is a 5-star luxury hotel with 181 rooms spread over 21 floors of an imposing tower in the southern part of the city. A sophisticated retreat, the Park Hyatt Doha acts as a landmark for this newly developed area of the city, and boasts a two-storey spa, a carefully curated artwork collection and numerous dining options.
Anantara Tozeur Resort
A 5-star, luxury new build property located in the isolation of the Tunisian desert is the perfect way to disconnect from the everyday. That is exactly what the Anantara Tozeur Resort offers its guests, who have a choice of staying in either one of the 50 desert-view rooms or one of the 43 private villas. The resort will boast a renowned Anantara spa, health club, family area and teen activities and a host of restaurants and bars to choose from.
