Hotel groups are moving away from static manuals, and Radisson’s new standards platform from Yipy is the latest example

Radisson Hotel Group has picked Yipy’s Hospitality Standards Management System to handle brand standards across more than 1,000 properties. The rollout is set for this month, October 2026. It covers all ten of the company’s hotel brands. Hotels have long relied on PDFs, spreadsheets, and printed manuals to share these rules, and the new platform is meant to replace that mix with a single place to look.

Each hotel, department, and team will see only the standards that apply to its role, region, property type, and operational needs. A front desk agent in one market, for example, will not need to scroll through guidance written for a resort in another. The system supports multiple languages and includes visual guides embedded in the content. Radisson says this setup also leaves room for regional, legal, cultural, and brand-specific requirements.

What the System Does

Yipy built the platform for hotel operations, and it is aimed at the gap between writing a standard and carrying it out each day. Radisson will use it to speed up onboarding, make standards easier to find, and track how well hotels follow them. The company also expects to gain a clearer view of recurring issues across its portfolio. Features named in the announcement include:

  • Role-based access to standards
  • Multilingual support
  • Visual guidance built into the content
  • Automated self-assessments
  • Centralized reporting

Gunes Zalitis, Director of Quality, Brand & Standards Implementation at Radisson Hotel Group, described the scale of the job. She commented that managing standards across ten brands and more than 1,000 properties is among the most complex tasks in hospitality. She said the appeal of the Yipy system is that hotels see only the standards that apply to them. That, she said, makes the guidance easier to act on and gives the company more visibility into patterns across the portfolio.

Part of a Wider Shift

The announcement points to a broader move among hotel groups away from static manuals and disconnected documents. Companies with large, varied portfolios want tools that help teams follow standards during daily operations. They also want ways to measure whether service meets the bar. Yipy and Radisson describe the deal as part of growing demand for technology that goes past documentation and into day-to-day execution.

Adam Tuttle, CEO and Founder of Yipy, framed the partnership in similar terms. He said consistency comes from making standards something teams can carry out every shift, rather than from longer manuals. Tuttle said Yipy was built to close the gap between knowing what good service looks like and delivering it. He added that the company is pleased to support Radisson as it grows.

Radisson has not shared performance targets or a timeline for full adoption across all properties. The launch date and feature list are the main details on record so far. Hotels and teams will begin using the system as the rollout moves forward.
