Radisson does a double in Pakistan

Radisson Hotel Group has signed for two hotels in Pakistan’s capital Islamabad with real estate firm Al Jamal Group.

The deal sees the debut of the Park Inn brand in the south Asian nation.

Newbuild schedule

Both sites are newbuilds and are due to open at the end of 2028.

The agreement covers Park Inn by Radisson Serviced Apartments Islamabad and Radisson Hotel Bahria Town Islamabad.

Prestigious location

Radisson Hotel Bahria Town Islamabad will be located in the prestigious neighbourhood of Oriental Gardens Islamabad and will offer 108 modern and spacious rooms and suites.

The hotel will feature state-of-the-art event facilities, including a banquet hall, meeting rooms, and a business centre. Radisson’s upscale brand offers Scandinavian-inspired hospitality and Al Jamal Group intends to facilitate a world-class hospitality experience, with the developer also working on a modern co-working space with a state-of-the-art facility to simultaneously cater to a number of businesses.

Park Inn debut

The debut of the upper midscale Park Inn by Radisson hotel brand in the country is intended to enable guests to focus on a work/life balance and find harmony in their travel experience while enjoying the hotel’s contemporary design and friendly personalised service.

Park Inn by Radisson Serviced Apartments Islamabad will consist of 128 modern studios and one and two-bedroom apartments, making it suitable for both short and long stays.

Important milestone

True hospitality vision

Pakistani prosperity

Radisson also recently signed another double deal in the Pakistani capital, for Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences, Islamabad, and Radisson Hotel Islamabad Multi Gardens, which are set to open in the next three years.

Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences, Islamabad, will be part of a mixed-use development near Islamabad International Airport and will consist of a hotel with 432 rooms, suites, and serviced apartments. Radisson Hotel Islamabad Multi Gardens will be part of the J7 Emporium mixed-use complex, housing 165 rooms, including four executive suites, plus a rooftop restaurant.

Already in the pipeline were the 224-key Radisson Blu Serviced Apartments Islamabad and Radisson Hotel Lahore City Mall, which will bring 400 rooms online in Q4 2023.
