From Radisson Blu to Radisson Collection
The Radisson Collection Hotel, Warsaw, has opened its doors to the public in the Polish capital after a whirlwind renovation.
This has seen the hotel transformed from an upscale Radisson Blu hotel to a luxurious member of the Radisson Collection, a selection of iconic properties in prestigious destinations.
Today the new Warsaw hotel offers guests the choice of 311 impeccably designed guest rooms, each of which have been entirely overhauled as part of the renovation works.
The makeover was conceived of to align the Warsaw property with the values of the Radisson Collection, which promotes contemporary lifestyle hospitality rooted in the authenticity of its location.
Yilmaz Yildirimlar, Area Senior Vice President, Central & Southern Europe, spoke of the project, saying, “Warsaw represents a dynamic business city – it is a vibrant and diversifying place and we are extremely proud of our Polish debut for the Radisson Collection. Within a very short time, we have accomplished a massive transformation of the hotel, in which guest rooms and public spaces were completely redesigned.”
“The refurbishment and rebranding represent a key step in the development of the property in line with the Radisson Hotel Group brand strategy. We look forward to welcoming business and leisure guests from around the world,” Mr Yildirimlar went on to say.
An ideal location for business or pleasure
Warsaw appeals to business and leisure travellers alike, and the same is true of the new Radisson Collection Hotel.
Guests can take in the expansive views of the city from the upper floors of the hotel, and business travellers will delight in the hotel’s convenient location within Warsaw’s business district, close to the city’s Financial Centre.
The newly renovated hotel also caters for meetings, conferences and events, with almost 600 sqm of flexible event space which can hold up to 400 people.
James Pennington, Director at Europa Capital, said, “This major refurbishment program has been delivered to business plan and timeline and we are delighted with the result. The newly refurbished Radisson Collection Hotel, Warsaw is a modern, fit-for-purpose hotel that will meet the demand for premium accommodation from the city’s growing number of business travellers and tourists.”
