Project of the Week: Vida Dubai Marina
A waterfront hotel-and-residences development near Dubai Marina Mall and Palm Jumeirah has sailed off with our latest Project of the Week crown.
The UAE is looking forward to the opening of a glamorous scheme in one of the country’s most sought-after locations.
An upscale hotel and chic residences
The much-anticipated Vida Dubai Marina comprises a 158-room upscale hotel and 362 chic residences. This newbuild project is being brought to life by a team that includes developer Emaar Properties, architects Killa Design and GAJ, interior designer LW and contractor Shapoorji Pallonji.
Work is progressing well on the transformation of a prime plot in Dubai Marina, just a short walk from the neighbourhood’s eponymous mall and the iconic Palm Jumeirah man-made island, into an attractive destination for travellers and locals alike.
Making a splash in Dubai Marina
The hotel will operate under Emaar Hospitality Group’s Vida Hotels and Resorts brand, which aims to provide a community hub where people can connect, create, relax and recharge. Vida seeks to attract those who appreciate fashion, design, art and entrepreneurship, which should be a good fit for Dubai Marina’s target market.
The residences will encompass a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom waterfront apartments, alongside swimming pools and a well-equipped gym. Inside, there’ll be contemporary design and timber panelling that plays on a decidedly nautical theme, complemented by stunning views of the gleaming white yachts below.
Vida Dubai Marina is expected to open in December 2021.
