A New Era of Hospitality
Set to open its doors in late fall 2025, The Compton Hotel will bring a refreshing approach to hospitality in downtown Bentonville. At 116,000 square feet, this independent lifestyle hotel will honor Dr. Neil Compton, a conservationist known for his work preserving the Buffalo River, and is designed to embrace the spirit of outdoor adventure and Ozark culture.
Modern Design Meets Nature
With 142 rooms, The Compton Hotel will offer stylish design and accommodations that reflect the unique character of Northwest Arkansas. Interior spaces—crafted by the internationally renowned interior designer Créme Design—will feature locally inspired décor, blending comfort and elegance while inviting moments of reflection and inspiration. The hotel’s public spaces will be designed to seamlessly merge indoor and outdoor environments, featuring a skylit lobby with soaring ceilings and comfortable seating.
The hotel’s amenities will cater to outdoor enthusiasts, with a bike valet, wash station, and secure storage, in line with Bentonville’s title as the Mountain Biking Capital of the World™. Guests will also enjoy 3,750 square feet of meeting space, including a grand ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows (because who says business can’t have a little glamour?).

Exceptional Dining Experiences
Dining at The Compton Hotel is sure to leave everyone impressed, with Ropeswing Hospitality Group curating three unique venues. Field Notes, an all-day café, will offer patio dining, while Sestina will serve refined Arkansas steakhouse cuisine with a weekend brunch. A full-service cocktail bar overlooking Bentonville Square will be the perfect place—where creative drinks meet stunning views—to toast the end of a long day.
“Every element of The Compton is conceived with the adventurer in mind, mirroring the beauty of the Ozarks and catering to Bentonville’s vibrant cycling scene,” says Jared Faciszewski, Chief Executive Officer of Blue Crane, the local company developing the project. They are committed to vibrant, community-centered development across Northwest Arkansas.
As The Compton Hotel prepares to open in 2025, this dynamic addition to the city will undoubtedly become a must-visit destination for both locals and travelers alike.
