Emaar Hospitality Group is developing a new exclusive city hotel in Dubai. We get the inside scoop on the property, The Address Harbour Point, which will form part of a much larger super-development.

An exciting addition to Dubai’s luxury hospitality offering

In its spot next to the upscale Creek Heights waterfront homes, The Address Harbour Point will be in perfect company. The two-tower development will feature a hotel, The Address Harbour Point, as well as The Address Residences Harbour Point.

The hotel is set to launch in 2022 and feature 202 elegant rooms and suites, posh amenities and sweeping views of the Dubai Creek Tower, as well as the downtown skyline dominated by the soaring Burj Khalifa.

Of course, there will also be a selection of onsite F&B venues, wellness areas and retail facilities. Guests can reach the property from Dubai International Airport in only ten minutes and are within walking distance of some of the city’s major business and lifestyle hubs.

Olivier Harnisch, who held the role of chief executive officer at Emaar Hospitality Group when the project was announced, said: “Dubai Creek Harbour is a smart city of the future, and with Dubai Creek Tower, the iconic observation deck at its heart, the megadevelopment is billed to be a popular tourist and lifestyle destination.

“Address Harbour Point will be a remarkable addition to the mega-development and to Dubai’s hospitality sector, offering the premium luxury experience associated with the Address brand. The project stands out for its design, waterfront location, fascinating views and wide range of amenities that will add value to guests and residents.”

World-class creatives leave their mark

The scheme’s stunning location and top-notch amenities are not the only things that will set The Address Harbour Point apart.

The hotel and residences were designed by the Los Angeles-based architects of Yazdani Studio, while a team at Steve Leung Design from Hong Kong handled the interiors. The result, of course, is stunning and will make the new Address property a new landmark that will undoubtedly dazzle design aficionados from Dubai and beyond for years to come.
