Currently under construction, this architecturally impressive Swissôtel development near Tel Aviv is a deserved winner of our much-coveted Project of the Week title.

The forthcoming Swissôtel Sun Bat Yam will combine a wealth of luxury lifestyle amenities with a privileged beachfront setting.

A new lifestyle destination

Featuring architectural and landscape design by Feigin Architects, along with interiors from ara Design, Swissôtel’s latest outpost is being built in a prime location in Bat Yam between the beach and Begin City Garden.

This five-star property will form part of a mixed-use scheme designed to provide an all-encompassing luxury lifestyle experience geared towards inspiring healthy living. The towering resort complex will accommodate travellers across 236 guestrooms, complete with balconies that make the most of the spectacular views across the Mediterranean.

Designed for business, leisure and wellbeing

Lifestyle amenities in this development will include 4,000 sq m of upscale international brand boutiques, cafés and restaurants. These will then be joined by a 3,000 sq m cutting-edge Dead Sea Spa, where guests will be able to bathe in the waters of the Dead Sea and enjoy Dead Sea scrub treatments.

This spa will be connected to a fitness centre with an indoor semi-Olympic swimming pool overlooking an outdoor 80m infinity pool. Other amenities being promised include a Wellness Juice Bar, hair salon and onsite synagogue.

Meanwhile, business travellers will be catered for in a fully equipped convention centre, accommodating 1,500 people and offering sweeping sea views.

Swissôtel Sun Bat Yam is expected to complete in the third quarter of 2023.
