Starwood expands St. Regis portfolio in the Asia Pacific

Starwood Hotels and Resorts has entered a deal with Rajawali Property Group to open a new St. Regis property in the Indonesian capital of Jakarta. The St. Regis Jakarta and The Residences St. Regis Jakarta is in the south of the city within a new mixed-use development which also houses a commercial office tower.

This property will join several other St. Regis-branded residences in the Asia Pacific, including properties in Singapore, Bangkok and an upcoming opening in Kuala Lumpur.

Hotel and residences: Features and amenities at the St. Regis in Jakarta

The St. Regis Jakarta boasts 280 luxurious guest rooms and suites. The design throughout the hotel is in step with the brand’s signature classic heritage tone but executed with contemporary flair.

Guests will be able to avail of the unique St. Regis Butler Service, where guests can customise their service to cater to their specific needs and requirements. In addition to this, the hotel will also feature four restaurants offering everything from local fare to international cuisine, as well as 3,600 sqm of meeting and event space, a state-of-the-art spa and a fully-equipped fitness centre.

The Residences St. Regis Jakarta will build on the success of its sister properties in the region and will set a new standard for luxury living in the capital. 164 branded suites will offer extended-stay travellers serenity and privacy in a luxurious setting with panoramic views over the city. There is an in-house concierge service, a library, private garden pool and fitness centre.
