Our latest pick for the coveted Project of the Week is the Rosewood Residences Turtle Creek, Rosewood’s ultra-luxury foray into the world of branded residences in its Dallas hometown.

Luxury in a prime location

Rosewood Residences Turtle Creek is a standalone residential development, built as a 17-storey tower with approximately 46 residences.

Turtle Creek, Dallas is where Rosewood’s first property – Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek – is located.

Turtle Creek Corridor is often nicknamed “Dallas’s Front Yard”, a neighbourhood just minutes from Highland Park, Uptown and Downtown.

Chicago-based architect Lucien Lagrange has taken the reins on the tower’s design, with interiors by renowned Manhattan-based designer Dan Fink. The building offers a contemporary spin on the Beaux-arts-inspired American architecture of the early 20th century.

Each light-filled residence will range from approximately 2,000 to 6,380 square feet, with ceiling-height windows that offer immersive city or park views.

Enviable amenities

Amenities include a rooftop retreat with an infinity pool and lounge and panoramic views of the Dallas skyline. There will be a landscaped garden for intimate gatherings and events, a fitness centre, a library and private dining room spaces alongside a dedicated dog park, a pet spa and a garden.

Rosewood Residences Turtle Creek broke ground in October 2023 and hit the market this May (starting at USD$3 million). Dallas-based Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty is responsible for the brokerage. They’re expected to be completed in 2025.
