Garnering our latest Project of the Week title, Raffles Boston Back Bay stands out first for its architecturally striking facade.

Lavish spaces within this 35-storey tower will range from a two-storey sky lobby to rooftop garden terrace and lounge and state-of-the-art Raffles Spa.

A historic locale

This new addition to the Raffles portfolio is set to open in the first quarter of 2023 at the corner of Stuart Street and Trinity Place in Boston’s historic Back Bay neighbourhood.

The Noannet Group is developing this new Raffles property, The Architectural Team is leading its architectural design and Rockwell Group and Stonehill Taylor are behind the interior design. Saunders Hotel Group is responsible for the Accor hotel’s management.

The five-star, 293-key hotel also comprising branded residences is now coming to fruition in a 35-storey building, which on opening will encompass an array of public as well as exclusive guest spaces.

Signature Raffles service and amenities

Guests and locals will be able to make use of public spaces including the property’s two-story sky lobby perched above Copley Square, six distinct restaurants and bars and a rooftop garden terrace and lounge.

Guests will be able to retreat to the Raffles Spa with a 20-metre indoor pool and events will be hosted in the hotel’s meeting and pre-function space including a ballroom overlooking the Charles River.

Promising to provide a sophisticated urban sanctuary, the Raffles Boston Back Bay Residences will comprise a collection of pied-a-terre suites, one- to three-bedroom homes and impressive penthouses. Residents will have access to all of the hotel’s amenities and services.

Overall, the property will reflect the Raffles brand’s signature sophistication and offer signature services including the Raffles Butler.
