The luxurious Park Hyatt brand’s forthcoming hotel-and-residences scheme on the Baja California Peninsula has deservedly won our latest Project of the Week title.
This exciting Los Cabos property will bolster Hyatt Hotels Corporation’s presence in Mexico.
A coastal community
Currently under construction and expected to open in the first quarter of 2023, Park Hyatt Los Cabos promises to provide enriching experiences rooted in mindfulness in an environment offering contemporary luxury. SB Architects and Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos are behind this property’s architectural design, while Yabu Pushelberg – New York is responsible for the interior design.
The hotel will place guests within a master-planned golf resort community spanning 26 acres in Cabo del Sol, which stretches along two miles of the pristine beach of Baja California Sur.
Contemporary luxury overlooking the sea
On completion, this newbuild scheme will encompass 162 hotel guestrooms and 28 Park Hyatt Residences.
Among the amenities being promised are meeting and event facilities, several F&B venues, a fitness centre, and a 13,000 sq ft spa with no fewer than ten treatment rooms. However, the real highlight for many travellers will no doubt be the property’s setting on this spectacular part of Mexico’s celebrated coastline.
