A five-star seaside hotel managed by Address Hotels + Resorts, Palace Al Khan is the latest spectacular UAE scheme to win our coveted Project of the Week title.

Boasting attractive interiors and stunning views of the natural world, Palace Al Khan promises to offer a haven for travellers in the heart of Sharjah.

Another ambitious development in the UAE

In 2018, the ruler of Sharjah and Supreme Council of the UAE member, His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, unveiled a trio of major real-estate projects for the ambitious emirate.

These three developments – Maryam Island, Kalba Waterfront and Palace Al Khan – are the result of a big-hitting joint venture between Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and Abu Dhabi-based private real-estate investment and development company Eagle Hills. The schemes are designed to set new benchmarks for the emirate, boost the local economy and support the sustained development of the Northern Emirates.

Sharjah’s exciting new Address

Palace Al Khan, designed by Perkins & Will and NAGA Architects, will be the first luxury waterfront resort in the heart of Sharjah city. This AED 120 million (US$32.7 million) five-star scheme overlooking the Arabian Sea will span 66,300 sq m of land, and comprise 87 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom rooms.

Here, guests will be able to experience the heritage of the region while staying in a historic setting within what was once an important pearling village. With help from its tranquil interiors, verdant landscaping and impressive sea views, the hotel seeks to offer guests a unique retreat for peace and relaxation.

The premium luxury brand of Emaar Hospitality Group, Address Hotels + Resorts, will inject its signature fusion of contemporary style and elegance into the new property. Specifically, the brand aims to bring to life its ‘Where Life Happens’ philosophy, while introducing guests to the cultural capital of the UAE.

Facilities within the impressive new Address hotel will include a spa, an outdoor pool, a fitness club, conference facilities and parking, plus all-day dining experiences overseen by leading culinary talent.

The completion of Palace Al Khan is currently slated for the first quarter of 2022.
