Our latest Project of the Week, One&Only One Za’abeel will signify the introduction of One&Only Urban Resorts in the One Za’abeel architectural landmark.
The new Dubai property will reflect One&Only Urban Resorts’ vision for translating the life and energy of One&Only Beach Resorts into exciting urban locations.
A landmark location
Working in partnership with developer Ithra Dubai, Kerzner International, the owner of Atlantis Resort & Residences and the One&Only Resorts brands, is introducing One&Only Urban Resorts with the creation of this property at One Za’abeel.
Currently under construction, the five-star 497-key resort is expected to make its debut in the first quarter of 2023. Nikken Sekkei Dubai, WSP Middle East and Rockwell Group are working on the architectural design and Denniston is designing the interiors.
Located in the Za’abeel district, the two-tower One Za’abeel site will comprise luxury residences, office space, a retail podium and a panoramic sky concourse called the Linx that connects the two towers.
This site aims to be seen as a symbol of ambition, innovation and the pioneering spirit of Dubai.
The One&Only experience
The One&Only resort will be home to a range of luxury rooms, customisable suites with options for family travellers and serviced apartments. Designed to provide a private sanctuary, this accommodation promises to be intuitive in design for both business and leisure stays.
Public spaces retaining the glamour and style of One&Only Beach Resorts will then define the resort’s culinary and wellness experiences.
Guests can expect amenities including a One&Only Gym with views over the city, as well as One Cycle and One Yoga, plus One&Only Spa.
This inaugural property by One&Only Urban Resorts will house a signature restaurant and One Za’abeel will be the setting for the 50th floor’s Club One. The Linx at One Za’abeel will feature a range of restaurants, retail and entertainment as well as a swimming pool with 360 degree views.
