Our latest Project of the Week is the highly anticipated new addition to Nobu Hospitality’s portfolio: Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Al Khobar. Marking the brand’s very first hotel and residences in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this landmark development is currently under construction and is set to open in 2026. Located in one of Al Khobar’s most sought-after areas, the high-rise complex will call the waterfront area of Al Khobar home.
This new luxury hotel will feature 101 hotel keys and 61 branded aprtments. With stunning views of the Arabian Gulf, Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Al Khobar surely won’t disappoint. And neither will the design! Nobu nuances will be combined with local tradition and aesthetics to create a truly unique experience for each guest.

Who’s behind the project?
Nobu Hospitality, a global luxury lifestyle brand that was founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper, is bringing this new hotel vision to reality in collaboration with key partners. Nobu Hotel Al Khobar is being developed by Remal Al Khobar, a joint venture between Retal Urban Development Company and Assayel Arabia Real Estate Company.
The interior design will be curated by ema., headquartered in Dubai, and known for their commitment to quality and ensuring that each project remains true to the brand and reflects its unique identity. Colliers Project Leaders will oversee the management of this project.
