A scheme by Accor and MontAzure to build 236 studios and one-bed residences in the popular Thai travel destination of Phuket has been crowned our Project of the Week.

MGallery Residences MontAzure Lakeside is now taking shape on Phuket’s Kamala Beach. On opening, this Accor-managed scheme will provide a unique living opportunity with convenient access to hotel services and amenities.

Nestled between the mountains and the sea

A project planned to make its debut in late 2023, MGallery Residences MontAzure Lakeside boasts an enviable site on Phuket’s west coast. This will soon be home to a stylish, low-density residential resort community, encompassing 16,000 sq m of gardens and lakes featuring cascading water features.

Here, 236 spacious studios and one-bedroom residences will provide panoramic views of the lake, mountains and sea. Soda Thailand is involved in the MGallery-branded project’s architecture, with landscape design by Shma Company.

Buyers will have the option of combining units to create a larger living space. All residents will also be able to take advantage of premium services and VIP privileges across Accor’s global portfolio of hotels and resorts.

Living the high life in Phuket

Outdoor facilities at the expansive development will include a relaxation pavilion and yoga platform, jogging track and nature trail, plus family facilities such as a fun club, lap pool and free-form pool with kid’s pool.

The residences will also be accompanied by an all-day dining restaurant, pool bar, clubhouse and fitness centre. Moreover, a residence concierge and complimentary transport to the nearby beach will be offered to residents.

Together, this idyllic location, stylish architecture and luxury amenities promise to make MGallery Residences MontAzure Lakeside an enticing proposition. Adding even greater appeal, residents will be able to participate in an Accor-managed rental programme.

The MontAzure development covers 72 hectares of land on Phuket’s sunset coast. MGallery Residences is one of many luxury hospitality brands earmarked for the scheme, alongside Cafe del Mar, Twinpalms Residences MontAzure and InterContinental Phuket Resort.
