Part of an exciting new development on Vietnam’s southern coast, this forthcoming Angsana resort has been crowned our latest Project of the Week.

Angsana Ho Tram is a key element of a wider resort scheme alongside Dhawa Ho Tram, created through a partnership between Madison Land and Banyan Tree. We take a closer look at this luxurious property.

An exciting coastal development in Ho Tram

For Madison Land, a member of Madison Group, the Angsana and Dhawa Ho Tram resort development represents a strategic initiative based on the location’s proven appeal domestically and worldwide. Banyan Tree is the project manager.

This resort complex is located on almost 300 metres of idyllic coast running between Ho Tram and Binh Chau in the south of the country. From here, guests have the option of visiting tourism destinations like Phan Thiet, Nha Trang and Da Lat. The site is a 105-minute drive from Ho Chi Minh City, the same distance from Long Thanh International Airport and just 14 minutes from Loc An Airport.

The project has received advice from a range of experts, including Forum Architects on architecture, Coen Design International on landscaping, DesignLab on interior decoration, EarthCheck on green building and Synergy on project management.

The new Angsana retreat

The five-star Angsana Ho Tram aspect of the development will comprise 52 luxury villas, each with a private pool, defined by tropical design and luxurious furnishings. Pathways to these villas will be decorated with plants and flowers, continuing the Sensory Garden concept that brings the whole project together.

Other facilities here include a ‘wellbeing stream walk’, swimming pools, restaurants and children’s playgrounds. Through its sensory gardens in particular, the resort is intended to help guests connect with nature.

The project is currently planned for completion in the second quarter of 2022.
