Quenzon City will be home for a new Wydham Garden hotel.

When it finally opens its doors, this 25-storey newbuild hotel in bustling Quezon City will signify the entry of the Wyndham Garden brand to the Philippines.

The sixth Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand to reach the Philippines, Wyndham Garden is promising to bring its fresh take on hospitality to an increasingly popular tourist destination.

A convenient base in Quezon City

Developed by Wellworth Properties and Development Corporation, built by its parent company HS POW Construction and Development Corporation and designed by Rchitects Inc, Wyndham Garden Quezon City will offer 235 stylish rooms and suites along with an array of upper-midscale amenities in the heart of the largest city in the Philippines.

The site, directly opposite the city’s ABS-CBN communications and broadcasting centre, is to incorporate eco-friendly design, introducing several technologies and systems that reduce waste and energy consumption. This prime position – near government buildings, corporate offices and retail outlets – should make it particularly attractive to business travellers who will also benefit from the property’s naturally lit meeting space, which includes a spacious ballroom.

Relaxation and social space

The Wyndham Garden Quezon City development is promising to deliver rooms and suites with ‘sleep-inducing’ beds, spa-inspired bathrooms with power showers, appealing work spaces and free wifi. Moreover, guests will be able to unwind in the onsite spa, work out in the fitness centre and take a dip in the outdoor infinity pool, which will also boast a whirlpool tub and pool bar.

Dining options here will include an all-day restaurant serving up global comfort food and a grab-and-go outlet for snacks and drinks. Each evening, meanwhile, the hotel’s bar will offer a space for socialising with cocktails, mood lighting and jazz.

Throughout the property, the interiors aim to be both bright and welcoming; expect to see an abundance of natural materials, plants and splashes of green in every space, maintaining a strikingly light and airy feel.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts announced in May 2019 that Wyndham Garden Quezon City would join its extensive portfolio across the Philippines, where it has 21 properties currently operating. The scheme is due to open in Q3 2021.
