Newbuild property Vibe Hotel Adelaide aims to shake up the Australian city’s upscale lifestyle offering with its luxurious amenities and inspiring design.

This scheme will incorporate an attention-grabbing pool and an exciting rooftop restaurant and bar with panoramic views.

A new landmark hotel

In August 2021, TFE Hotels announced that construction had begun on Vibe Hotel Adelaide, the first property for its Vibe Hotels brand in South Australia.

This upscale lifestyle hotel, which is being built in what’s known as the ‘Paris end’ of Adelaide, will rise up to 19 storeys high and house 123 luxurious guestrooms, along with a pool deck, spa, sauna and plaza. Perhaps most notably, the project will boast the country’s first suspended bridge pool, allowing guests to swim between the hotel and neighbouring One Apartments.

Drawing visitors to the area

This impressive property is being developed by Guava Lime, with Loucas Zahos Architects taking on the architecture and interior design, and is expected to complete the company’s 20-year development of the Flinders East precinct. As such, it promises to provide a focal point for the area, as well as a springboard to experience the rest of Adelaide.

The hotel’s thoughtfully designed rooms will come with open-plan bathrooms, featuring cantilevered baths and full-height windows facing to the north and south. During their stay, guests will be able to dine in the ground-floor restaurant and bar and make use of the onsite gym.

Providing a convenient base within the city, the forthcoming property is close to Rundle and Hutt Streets and within easy reach of Rundle Mall, Victoria Square, Adelaide Casino and the convention centre precinct.

Vibe Hotel Adelaide is expected to be ready in Q4 2022.
