Cambria Hotel Bremerton, which will form part of a mixed-use development on Marina Square, is expected to encompass a wealth of amenities.
A waterfront setting and upscale lifestyle
Expected to open in 2022, the under-construction Cambria Hotel Bremerton is currently taking shape. Upon completion, the five-storey property will house 121 guestrooms.
Among the facilities being promised are a rooftop deck with 180-degree views of the Puget Sound, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a spa and pool and ‘contemporary onsite dining’. Moreover, the property will provide multifunctional meeting space and underground parking.
The upscale property’s proximity to the Kitsnap Conference Center, as well as Bremerton Marina, should make it a convenient base for attending conferences and events.
Catering for business and leisure travel
Choice Hotels International is bringing this scheme to fruition in partnership with developer South West Group. Encore Architects is responsible for the architecture and Vida Design is coming up with the interiors, while Columbia Hospitality has been brought on as the hotel’s management company.
Cambria Hotel Bremerton’s waterfront location, impressive views and upscale amenities look set to make this newbuild property an appealing option for business and leisure travellers visiting the area.
On top of being home to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton is within driving distance of three championship golf courses: Gold Mountain, Trophy Lake and McCormick Woods. It’s also just a short ferry ride from downtown Seattle.
