Life Longevity, the wellness brand Minor Hotels launched this month, is now a Strategic Partner of the 2026 Global Wellness Summit. The event runs from November 10 to 13 in Phuket, Thailand and marks the Summit’s 20th anniversary, and the island is home to the brand’s flagship property. That flagship, Layan Life Longevity Retreat at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort, is just minutes from the Summit venue.
The Summit is invitation-only and draws leaders from hospitality, medicine, investment, research, and policy. This year’s theme is “The Science, Art and Soul of Wellness.” Life Longevity says its approach fits that theme, since it combines clinical science, complementary medicine, and hospitality in a single plan for each guest. Thailand’s Department of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine is among the Summit’s host sponsors, which puts the country’s healing traditions in front of an international audience.
Minor Hotels developed the Phuket flagship on its own assets. The company built Life Longevity as a standalone brand, so it can expand to resort destinations and gateway cities, and eventually to residences outside Thailand. William E. Heinecke, Founder and Chairman of Minor International, the parent of Minor Hotels, said hosting the Summit nearby means the company can “welcome the industry to our own doorstep.” Nancy Davis, Chief Creative Officer and Executive Director of the Global Wellness Summit, said the group wants companies that are rethinking how to support people’s health, and welcomed Minor Hotels on that basis.
What Guests Find in Phuket
Layan Life Longevity Retreat is located on Layan Beach, which borders Sirinat National Park. The retreat rests on a reflecting pond at the center of Anantara Layan Phuket Resort. Every stay starts with a consultation led by qualified health professionals. They recommend only the assessments that match the guest’s goals, so nobody is sent through a fixed battery of tests.

Clinical care and Traditional Thai Medicine are prescribed together. The resort’s Traditional Thai Medicine doctor and its medical team work from the same plan. Guests can follow the focused Retreat for Life program closely or take a gentler pace. After they leave, a follow-up program called Life After Layan keeps them in touch with their care team at home.
Summit delegates will be able to try the retreat before, during, and after the event. The resort’s location near the venue makes that practical for attendees who want to extend their stay. Minor Hotels has said wellness has been part of its guest care for more than four decades.
From Phuket to Bangkok
Life Longevity’s second location is the Bangkok Life Longevity and Biohacking Hub, which is opening soon. It occupies the 15th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok and is the brand’s first urban site. The hub brings the same approach to city life, and it is designed to work alongside the Phuket retreat.
The two locations are linked through what the company calls a connected model. With a guest’s consent, their plan and care team travel with them. A visit in Bangkok can pick up where a week in Phuket ended.
The company plans to take the brand abroad as well. Further urban, resort, and residential locations are in development outside Thailand. Minor Hotels describes this as part of its long-term commitment to wellness-led growth.
