Pendry Manhattan West to debut this September
Reservations are now open for the Pendry Manhattan West scheme, which will feature 164 rooms and contemporary interiors by Gachot Studios, ahead of its September 2021 launch.
Pendry Hotels & Resorts, the luxury hospitality brand from Montage International, is aiming to shake up Manhattan’s West Side with the debut of its inaugural property in New York City.
A celebration of the West Side
The fifth property in the Pendry portfolio, this 23-storey property will house 164 luxurious guestrooms, including 30 suites, and contemporary interiors courtesy of design practice Gachot Studios.
Michael Fuerstman, Pendry Hotels & Resorts co-founder and creative director, said: “When I think about the nexus of art, design, fashion, culinary innovation, and hospitality in America, I think of New York City. The city is such a convergence of creative passions, and we believe Pendry Manhattan West will help define the culture of the new West Side.”
A dynamic venue
This new Pendry hotel has been designed to reflect the brand’s coastal California roots, while also referencing New York City’s famously dynamic energy.
The hotel’s guestrooms and suites will be complemented by a signature restaurant and rooftop concept by hospitality partner Quality Branded, as well as a cocktail parlour and intimate garden lounge. Additional facilities will include a state-of-the-art fitness centre featuring Technogym equipment and Peloton bikes.
Meanwhile, events will be hosted across 6,000 sq ft of meeting space, including a 150-person ballroom and an outdoor space spanning 1,600 sq ft.
Reservations are now being accepted for Pendry Manhattan West, which is due to open in September 2021.
