Pendry Barbados and Pendry Residences Barbados will be located within the highly acclaimed Beach and Yacht Club of Port Ferdinand. The property will debut in 2026.

On opening in 2026, Pendry Barbados and Pendry Residences Barbados will bring the Pendry brand’s signature sensibilities and contemporary take on luxury hospitality to this Caribbean setting.
By reimagining the existing Port Ferdinand Luxury Marina & Residences, Pendry will create a new luxury beachfront destination encompassing both a resort and residences.

Drawing on the locale
Pendry Barbados and Pendry Residences Barbados is developed in collaboration with the prominent architect Robert Glazier and a U.S. based private investment and development team.
The resort will have around 74 oceanfront rooms and suites. These will be joined by 46 private residences. Guests and residents will have access to multiple dining concepts, such as a beach club and rum bar, as well as Spa Pendry, a fitness centre, event space and recreation offerings including Pendry’s Pinwheel Kids Club and Compass Sports. The property will also have a 11-berth marina.
The qualities that make Barbados such an enticing destination have all been embodied in the resort’s design and experience offering, with additional benefits of staying at the resort including access to an exclusive marina club in Port Ferdinand.
