Pendry Hotels & Resorts is thrilled to announce its latest project, Pendry Nashville Hotel & Residences. Set to open in 2027 in the rapidly developing Paseo Gulch district of Nashville, this new hotel landmark will offer an unparalleled luxury experience.
Southern sophistication and contemporary luxury are combined to create Pendry Nashville Hotel & Residences. Guests and residents—and even first-time visitors who just walked through the doors—will notice the curation of elements such as Italian marbles, warm woods, burnished brass accents, and eclectic vintage furniture and artwork This new development situates guests and residents minutes from downtown in the center of Nashville’s cultural and entertainment scene. - Hotel | 180 hotel guestrooms and suites with sweeping city views, Pendry signature amenities, and refined design.
- Residences | 146 Pendry Residences, offering one- to four-bedroom units, with a few select residences measuring up to 3,800 square feet. Residences will have access to hotel services while also enjoying a private, home-like experience.
- Event spaces | A 10,000-square-foot meeting and event space, including features such as a junior ballroom with a show kitchen, a larger ballroom with a private outdoor terrace, a writer’s room, and a library (which can double as a meeting space).
- Restaurant and bar | A ground-floor restaurant and lobby bar, as well as a rooftop pool and garden restaurant and bar.
- Outdoor amenities | A private pool for residents, a fitness center (plus another inside), rooftop dining, and a whisky and billiards room.
A collaborative development
Pendry Nashville Hotel & Residences will be designed by the Nashville architectural firm, Earl Swensson Associates Inc. (ESa). The interior design will be led by the New York-based Post Company. In addition, Pendry Hotels & Resorts has partnered with SomeraRoad, a real estate investment and development firm based in Nashville and New York, along with Trestle Studio, JE Dunn Construction, Clark Construction, and Walker & Dunlop New York Capital Markets to bring this world-class project to life.
