Spearheaded by Floridian firm, Two Roads Development, Pendry Tampa and Pendry Residences Tampa are due to complete in Q2 2024.
Towering development
Designed by Arquitectonica and being built by Costal Construction, the 39-storey tower will house 220 hotel guestrooms and 207 branded residences along Tampa’s Riverwalk.
Pendry Tampa will feature three signature food and beverage offerings, a 20,000 sq ft Spa Pendry and state-of-the-art fitness centre, a rooftop pool plus an open-air pool and terrace on the 12th floor overlooking the city, Paintbox Kids Club, 11,000 sq ft of meeting and event space and a myriad of Riverwalk-fronting retail and restaurants.
Residences offering
Pendry Residences will be available in a variety of floor levels and unique layouts, including several penthouses on the skyscraper’s top floors. Pendry Residences will offer homeowners a private residential entrance, a private lobby, elevator, and rooftop pool.
Additionally, residents will have full access to an array of hotel services and amenities, including a dedicated residential staff, committed to turn-key ownership, including asset preservation, property management, and personalised experiences.

New phase

Growing portfolio
Pendry Tampa represents the ninth location in Pendry’s growing portfolio, including San Diego, Baltimore, West Hollywood, Chicago, Manhattan, Washington DC-The Wharf, Park City and Newport Beach.
Future locations under development include sites in Natirar, New Jersey; Barbados in the Caribbean and Punta Mita, Mexico.
