Peachtree debuts dual-branded hotel scheme in Orlando

Peachtree Hotel Group has announced the opening of the 123-room Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Downtown and the 101-key Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown.

This dual-flag property is conveniently located within Orlando’s downtown central business district, close to major attractions such as Amway Center, Camping World Stadium and Exploria Stadium.

An appealing dual-brand concept

Positioned on North Magnolia Avenue, across from the Orange County Courthouse, the eight-storey complex offers 224 guestrooms in total – 123 for Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Downtown and 101 for Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown. Each hotel is able to boast larger communal areas and enhanced amenities than would be typical for standalone hotels.

“Bundling two category-leading hotel brands allows us to achieve maximum return on our investment in popular space-constrained urban core markets,” said Greg Friedman, Peachtree’s CEO. “This concept appeals to a wide variety of travel needs and price points from business travellers in town for a meeting or families vacationing, and conventioneers or contract workers coming to the city for a week or more.”

Two hotel experiences in one place

Designed for both business and leisure travellers, the scheme has a diverse range of facilities, from designated lobby and dining areas to a rooftop pool, onsite Starbucks café, 24-hour fitness centre, and full-service restaurant and lounge.

Guests staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown can also enjoy spacious all-suite accommodation with kitchens, alongside convenient amenities like Spin2 Cycle, complimentary breakfast and the grab-and-go Home2 MKT.

Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Downtown, meanwhile, features a 24-hour business centre, plus cooked-to-order breakfasts and dinners. In addition, guestrooms come with signature bedding, a mini-fridge, a microwave and a coffeemaker.
