The popular beach resort on Greece’s idyllic Ionian coastline is set to significantly expand ahead of its summer 2024 reopening.

On opening for the summer season, the beach resort will unveil a collection of luxurious new suites, along with a new restaurant, kids’ club, and adults-only pool area.

A year for growth

Following a record-breaking year for the property, with sales up 25% in 2023 compared to 2019, Parga Beach Resort is embarking on a significant expansion project. These enhancements are designed to further elevate the guest experience.

“We are delighted to unveil our exciting expansion plans for the upcoming season, which reflect our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional experiences and services for our valued guests,” said Christos Ioannou, CEO at MAST Hotels & Resort, which is the parent company of Parga Beach Resort.

“Following hugely successful seasons in 2022 and 2023, we are confident that the addition of these new spaces will provide guests both returning and new with a truly unforgettable stay filled with relaxation, indulgence and cherished memories.”

A resort for all ages

Children will be catered for with the addition of the new Phiome Kids Club, which is being created in collaboration with Worldwide Kids – the leading provider of kids’ club concepts and design. Nature-inspired activities and engaging games will be offered at this club whose name ‘Phiome’ means ‘to grow’.

The resort will also welcome 43 luxurious new suites, which each provide direct access to the resort’s gardens. Each suite will fuse laidback luxury with design details honouring local heritage and craftsmanship. The Aura Suite also comes with its own terrace and private pool

Completing the expansion is then the adults-only pool area, home to Kitron Beach Bar, and the new KOKONA restaurant showcasing local flavours as it takes inspiration from Parga’s traditional tavernas.
