Opening details for new Global Ambassador hotel revealed

The hospitality innovator Sam Fox has revealed the opening date of his forthcoming Global Ambassador hotel and announced details of its five original restaurants.

Fox’s debut luxury hotel is set to open mid-November of this year with culinary concepts that are influenced by his extensive international travels.

A highly anticipated hotel debut

The exciting forthcoming Arizona opening, The Global Ambassador, will make its debut in November 2023 with an elevated hospitality experience that’s connected to the locale but created through a global lens.

The hotel will be home to five original restaurants embracing the same ethos as the hotel and bringing international influence into the cuisine, highlighting some of his favourite flavours from across the world in the restaurants’ dishes.

This property will also feature the Global Ambassador Club, billed as being Arizona’s first-of-its-kind, members-only club, with exclusive amenities, services and private restaurant, The Grill.

“As the hotel name implies, the restaurants are an expression of all these spectacular places. We’re now several months away from opening our doors and I’m excited to showcase what has been almost a decade in the making,” said Fox, who is opening the hotel under his company, Author & Edit Hospitality.

“These five restaurants are gathering places, not only for travellers and hotel guests, but for locals who have been instrumental in our success.”

A culinary destination

Culinary concepts at the hotel will include the Parisian steakhouse paying homage to traditional French fare, Le Âme, with a carefully curated wine offering and cocktail programme that’s designed to mirror the cuisine.

The Parisian patisserie, Le Market, will offer everything from decadent pastries to the perfect espresso, and the playful, laid-back Pink Dolphin will offer Mexican and Peruvian-inspired dishes and drinks in a vibrant poolside setting.

The hotel’s lobby bar will provide a comfortable, stylish space pairing classic and craft cocktails with the energy of live jazz and special artist-in-residence nights.

In the shadow of Arizona’s famed Camelback Mountain, theà, the picturesque théa Mediterranean Rooftop will then draw inspiration from the Mediterranean with a menu of mezze, pasta and seafood, live DJs and one of the country’s most extensive rosé collections.
