Oman’s second Alila-branded property opens its doors
Hyatt Hotels Corporation is celebrating the launch of Alila Hinu Bay, which boasts 112 guestrooms and villas with lagoon or sea views, on a picturesque beachfront.
The arrival of Alila Hinu Bay expands the luxury brand’s global footprint to 16 properties.
Sophomore Alila hotel lands in Oman
Hyatt Hotels Corporation has strengthened its presence in the Middle East with the debut of Alila Hinu Bay. This secluded property – the brand’s second in Oman after Alila Jabal Akhdar – is located in Dhofar in the south-west of the country.
The scheme aims to encapsulate the Alila brand’s mission to bring luxurious hospitality experiences to some of the world’s most desirable locations in a sustainable way.
“We are very excited to add Alila Hinu Bay to the Hyatt portfolio and welcome guests to this region of Oman, a true nature-lover’s paradise full of stunning landscapes, waterfalls and greenery,” said Martin Persson, general manager of the Alila Hinu Bay hotel. “Dedicated to being responsible and sustainable, guests can enjoy the farm-to-table concept at one of our three dining options or treat themselves to a customised spa experience that uses natural products.”
Private terraces offering unbeatable vistas
At Alila Hinu Bay, travellers will be able to choose between 112 guestrooms and villas, each boasting views of the sea or lagoon from their private terrace. Some come with private pools that, together with the natural materials used to decorate the interior of the villas, help connect guests with their natural surroundings.
Those looking for some extra R&R will find everything they need at the property’s signature wellness centre, Spa Alila, which offers a variety of treatments, as well as yoga classes and meditation sessions. There are plenty of activities for visitors to try as well, including diving and fishing.
Meanwhile, the produce used in the hotel’s onsite F&B outlets has been locally sourced. In addition to coastal dining experience Seasalt, guests can also refuel at all-day eatery The Orchard and casual Majilis-style lounge area The Lobby Lounge.
