The Oetker Collection will be opening a new luxury hotel in St. Tropez, slated to open in 2027.

This new opening will see the Oetker Collection collaborate with the Pariente and Essebag families.

St Tropez inspired

The yet-to-be-named property will comprise 11 interconnected Provençal buildings designed by French architecture firm Gilles & Boissier.

The property will contain panoramic sea views, a sparkling infinity pool, and gardens seamlessly integrated into the landscape.

Strategically located just five minutes from the iconic French town of St. Tropez and the famous Pampelonne beaches, the hotel will be situated on the former site of Le Mas Bellevue.

The property will feature 53 rooms and suites, each with private terraces. The grounds will include a wellness facility and dining and bar venues.

Inspired by St. Tropez, Gilles & Boissier’s architectural vision is a harmonious interplay of materials and textures. The lobby will feature textured plaster walls with patterns and white stone flooring, while Oman-inspired arches will complement wooden beams, evoking the character of Provençal farmhouses.

Landscaped gardens featuring native plants and olive trees will enhance the property’s natural setting, underscoring both companies’ commitment to preserving the local environment.

Oetker continues thoughtful expansion

This St. Tropez gem will complement Oetker Collection’s pre-existing portfolio, joining recent openings such as Hotel La Palma in Capri and the soon-to-launch Vineta Hotel in Palm Beach.

The project reflects Oetker Collection’s dedication to expanding into some of the world’s most glamorous destinations.

The group is best known for its Masterpiece Hotels and villas in Europe, the UK, Brazil and the Caribbean. The current portfolio includes Le Bristol Paris, Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa in Baden-Baden, Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, Chateau Saint-Martin & Spa in Vence, The Lanesborough in London, L’Apogée Courchevel, Eden Rock – St Barths, Jumby Bay Island in Antigua, Palácio Tangará in São Paulo, The Woodward in Geneva, Hotel La Palma in Capri, and the soon to be unveiled Vineta Hotel in Palm Beach.
