Projects that are scheduled to open that year (and keep in mind that timelines are always changing, so these dates may be updated as well) are in various phases, from pre-planning to planning to already under construction.
From a five-star refurbishment in Vietnam to a new-build, planning-stage property in Canada, the openings planned for 2028 span very different corners of the industry. One is a ground-up build, one a refurbishment, and two are extension projects.
