Deutsche Hospitality has revealed plans to open a 133-room Zleep Hotel in the Danish capital in the autumn of 2021.
Fast-growing company Deutsche Hospitality has shared its vision for the Zleep Hotel Glostrup, with the Oskar Group serving as the project’s developer. The property will be the fourth under the Zleep Hotels brand in the western part of Copenhagen.
Meeting demand in the Copenhagen area
The hotel will be situated in Glostrup, west of the city centre. Along with its 133 rooms, the property will comprise a large lounge and breakfast area, a bar and plenty of parking facilities for both cars and bicycles. There will be free wifi, sustainable breakfast options and excellent transport links too.
Peter Haaber, founder and CEO of the Zleep Hotels brand, said: “We are currently experiencing great demand in the region around Copenhagen. The Zleep Hotel Glostrup is therefore the perfect addition to our existing portfolio.”
Ideal location for travellers to Denmark
Zleep Hotels’ other properties in the western part of Copenhagen are Zleep Hotel Ballerup, the Zleep Hotel Prindsen Roskilde and the Zleep Hotel Ishøj.
Robert Boller, managing director of Zleep Hotel, said: “The location in Glostrup fits perfectly into our growth strategy. With its convenient location, the hotel offers travellers an ideal location. We look forward to opening the Zleep Hotel Glostrup in autumn 2021.”
There are currently 12 hotels in the Zleep Hotels brand, which was acquired by Deutsche Hospitality in 2019, with plans for several more schemes in the pipeline. The Zleep Hotels concept involves providing affordable stays in hotels led by Scandinavian design features.
