New voco hotel comes to Vietnam

IHG is bringing its fastest-growing brand, voco, to Nha Trang with a stunning new hotel opening later this year

IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced a new hotel management agreement with Nha Trang Bay JSC, part of the GreenSpark Group, marking a significant step in its growth across Vietnam. The upcoming voco Scenia Bay Nha Trang – By IHG is set to open by the end of 2025, bringing 250 stylish rooms and breathtaking sea views to this vibrant coastal city.

The hotel is located in the heart of Nha Trang, known for its pristine white beaches, crystal-clear waters, and fresh seafood. It will rise 28 floors and offer guests a premium stay experience that meets the rising demand in this popular destination.

With this new opening, IHG will have four hotels in the Nha Trang area and is continuing to expand across Vietnam with 20 hotels open and 22 more in the pipeline.
