Contemporary lakeside hospitality in Nanjing
The latest addition to Radisson Hotel Group’s portfolio is located within the 6.9 sq km Jiangsu Horticultural Exposition Park, an exciting integrated tourism complex that serves as the new home of the celebrated Horticultural Exposition of Jiangsu Province. It has joined the ranks of the fast-growing Radisson Collection brand, which launched in 2018.
Gary Ye, vice president of operations for China at Radisson Hotel Group, said: “We are delighted to unveil our latest Radisson Collection member in China. Following the brand’s debut in Shanghai earlier this year, the opening of Radisson Collection Resort, Nanjing represents another major milestone as it becomes the first Radisson Collection resort in Asia Pacific.
“We look forward to showcasing China’s rich cultural heritage to even more guests in future, as we continue to open outstanding new hotels and resorts in iconic destinations all across the country.”
A five-star hospitality experience
This five-star resort boasts 151 well-appointed guestrooms and suites, and the overall design of the hotel is inspired by the nature that envelops it. The property is situated next to a lake, and reflects the fluid nature of water in its curvilinear lines and transparency of glazing.
“Radisson Collection Resort, Nanjing is a masterpiece of design; a sleek, chic resort that embraces nature,” said Tony Tan, general manager of Radisson Collection Resort, Nanjing. “With its outstanding location, eye-catching interiors, world-class facilities and locally inspired experiences, this five-star resort is sure to become a popular destination for one-of-a-kind events and leisure breaks.”
Within the hotel itself, guests can take advantage of the onsite swimming pool, 24-hour fitness centre, hot-spring spa, lobby lounge and executive lounge. Two onsite restaurants showcase regional cuisine, meanwhile, and there’s also 770 sq m of flexible meeting and event space, including the 500-capacity Panlong Ballroom.
