Marriott signs Autograph for Alula

Marriott International has signed an agreement with Alula Development Company, fully owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) to open an Autograph Collection property in the Middle Eastern nation.

Expected to complete in 2025, Autograph Collection by Marriott Alula will be located in the heart of downtown Alula in the Saudi northwest.

Central site

The Autograph Collection hotel will be situated in central Alula, adjacent to the Alula Museum and opposite the Alula Farmer’s Market.

Plans for the hotel include 250 rooms and suites, and extensive recreational and entertainment offerings including four dining venues, a spa, swimming pool, fitness centre, business centre, meeting facilities and retail space.

Distinct design

Aligned collaboration

National pipeline

Autograph Collection’s portfolio currently features over 290 hotels globally. Each hotel is a product of its individual founder’s vision, making each hotel singular and unique.

The brand’s Saudi pipeline includes two more sites, the 141-key Samhan Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection, coming to Riyadh in Q2 2024, and the 66-room Autograph Collection Sindalah Island Neom taking shape in the new Neom urban area for a Q3 2024 opening.
