Mandarin Oriental announces plans for new Madrid development

The Mandarin Oriental hospitality brand is set to open new luxury residences in Madrid, with an expected January 2025 launch date.

Mandarin Oriental Residences Madrid is being conceived by Bueso-Inchausti & Rein Arquitectos and will feature the interiors of Belen Domecq and her Cosmic Studio.

An exceptional location

On opening in 2025, Mandarin Oriental Residences, Madrid will provide 30 luxurious new apartments at this site’s appealing location on the intersection of Hermosilla Street and Nuñez de Balboa Street. The Salamanca neighbourhood is known for its luxury retail, restaurants and other leisure facilities.

Following on from the recent signing of Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, this development is the second project Mandarin Oriental has undertaken in partnership with prominent Spanish development company, Blasson, and the first with Pictet Alternative Advisors.

Luxury living

The Residences here will span seven floors of the new development. Both two- and three-bedroom units will come with expansive living space and private balconies. Six of the units will also have private pools.

Owners of these residences will have access to an array of shared amenities including a lounge, landscaped garden, beauty salon, fitness centre and secure underground garage. A highlight of the development is its wellness space featuring spa treatment rooms, an indoor lap pool and outdoor heated pool.
