A newly built hotel trading under Marriott International’s trendy AC Hotels brand will be managed by Lodging Dynamics, it’s been revealed. AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale Beach in Southeast Florida opened its doors in February 2022.

“We are excited to manage the beautiful AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale Beach as we expand our footprint in Florida,” said Jamie Caraher, Lodging Dynamics president and CEO.

“We could not be more thrilled to begin 2022 with the addition of this stunning, new, waterfront hotel. It is a tribute to the incredible talent and experience of our exceptional team.”

What to expect at AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale Beach

Rising ten storeys high and benefitting from outstanding vistas across the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, this beachfront property boasts 171 guestrooms and lies within minutes of Fort Lauderdale Beach. The hotel also features a cocktail lounge, European-style breakfast service and 1,000 sq ft of meeting space.

AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale Beach becomes the third Floridian hotel managed by Lodgings Dynamic, following in the footsteps of two Clearwater Beach schemes that joined in December 2021. The fast-growing hotel management company is based in Provo, Utah.
