livecookintable case study: The Resort “Der Oeschberghof”
It’s one of the most exciting and spectacular hotel openings in Germany. Located in the rural region between Lake Constance and the Black Forest, “Der Oeschberghof” does not have to shy away from international comparison.
To support the outstanding F&B offerings, livecookintable was the collection of choice for all buffet and live cooking elements in the entire hotel. The efficiency of the uniform food logistics concept in all areas and the flexible and interchangeable pop-up capability of the livecookintable modular system were finally the decisive criteria for the operators.
livecookintable modular system is used in all areas of the hotel “Der Oeschberghof”. All materials have been specially selected to match the interior design.
After extensive modernization and expansion works, all areas of “Der Oeschberghof” were recently opened. MEC2, the manufacturer and designer of livecookintable, worked closely together with the interior designers of Joi-Design and with Alexander Aisenbrey and Mirjam Felisoni on the operators side.
livecookintable was selected as the preferred F & B solution throughout the resort. These include the buffet restaurant “Esszimmer”, the conference and event center, the 5.000 sqm “Ösch Spa and Gym”, a welcome buffet in the lobby and last but not least a Grab & Go buffet for the golfers. Small satellite outlets for in-room dining were also equipped with livecookintable, as well as several event locations around the 45 hole golf course.
