Afternoon tea at the beautiful Laura Ashley Tea Room must be one of the most quintessentially British ways to spend an afternoon. Located at the luxurious Villiers Hotel in Buckingham, this charming tearoom was recently refurbished into a delightful space for people of all ages to enjoy.
The design brief was to create a light, bright and welcoming space that featured a touch of luxury. Not only this, but it also needed to incorporate the much-loved Laura Ashley brand and work within the historic architecture of the building. The focal point of the design is a stylish tree print wallpaper that mirrors the surrounding ancient woodlands.
The Ardesia board from Havwoods’ Italian Collection was selected to add natural character and warmth to the woodland design, while the chevron pattern added an on-trend finish that will also be a timeless choice for years to come.
