With the current growth pattern MGroup™ is experiencing, the move for a chief growth officer has been a crucial pivot for the company. The company’s focus on delivering high-quality products through strategic partnerships provides the foundation for which Hoffman will help continue to build.
Hoffman’s Background
Larry brings nearly 25 years of hospitality business development and leadership experience to MGroup™, recently serving as the Director of Business Development for Wendover Art Group. In that role, he drove the strategic growth of their commercial division and led business development activities, including sales presentations, brand program development, and customer relationship management. In his 13 years with the company, he led a team to become one of the most recognisable and respected sources for artwork in the hospitality and senior living industries.
Before Wendover, Larry was President of Hoffman Bros. International LLC., an Independent repping firm in Atlanta, where he led the company’s business development, vendor partnerships, and customer relationships. In his 12 years at Hoffman Bros., he drove consistent double-digit growth for several well-known companies in the industry. Larry completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State University with double majors in Business Management and Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management.
