Fairmont Hotels and Resorts is a brand name synonymous with luxury, and this year the brand is bringing its very own luxurious offering to the Saudi Arabian capital of Riyadh.
The Fairmont Riyadh opens this year, with the property boasting 298 stunning guest rooms and suites at the Business Gate mixed-use development and community complex in the city.
It features a spread of commercial and hospitality facilities situated within this brand new business development. Over 70 national and international companies will be located at Business Gate, so the accommodation will cater to both business and leisure travelers.
Salama Bin Saedan, a spokesperson for the owner of the hotel, said: “Riyadh is a vibrant and dynamic city, attracting business and leisure guests alike through its cosmopolitan appeal. The luxury hotel is set to become a popular destination through its unique design, unrivalled culinary options, diverse amenities and notable presence in Business Gate, a prominent development within Riyadh.”
“Through our partnership with AccorHotels, we hope to ensure that the Fairmont Riyadh stands out as a luxurious gateway for business and leisure travelers from within the region and beyond,” the spokesperson added.
Guests will be thrilled with the stunning design and luxury offerings the hotel has in store.
The generously proportioned guest rooms also include 40 magnificent suites with full height glazing, allowing guests to take in the panoramic views of the city.
The design of the hotel has been conceived of by renowned firm LW Designer Group, who have executed the interiors of the rooms in warm and rich tones, and taken their cues from local traditions, patterns and crafts.
Business travelers will find everything they need in the hotel’s convention centre, which features two ballrooms and ten meeting rooms. Guests can taste local cuisine at one of the hotel’s fine dining and open kitchen restaurants, or indulge in a pasta or steak dish at one of the world cuisine restaurants. Relax and rejuvenate in one the state of the art spas, which are split by gender to ensure complete privacy and comfort.
Sami Nasser, Chief Operating Officer, AccorHotels Middle East & Africa, said, “We are delighted to debut our charismatic luxury brand in Riyadh which will offer guests an exciting and unforgettable experience. Through its thoughtful design and world-class amenities, we are confident that the Fairmont Riyadh will quickly become a destination in and of itself in a rapidly growing city.”
