A first for the United States
One&Only Moonlight Basin will be the first-ever One&Only resort in the United States and the brand’s first mountain resort.
SIRO Boka Place in Montenegro is the second hotel for the inaugural wellness hospitality brand, and the first in Europe.
One&Only Moonlight Basin will be located in the US state of Montana and is due to open in Summer 2025.
It will be a luxury year-round retreat in the mountains of Big Sky, Montana. In the summer, activities include horse riding, hiking in the nearby National Park, flyfishing, kayaking, golfing and mountain biking.
In the winter months, the resort is positioned close to ski fields, with ski-in ski-out access, a gondola connected directly to the summit and 5800 acres of ski and snowboarding terrain.
There will be 73 guest rooms and suites in the main lodge, combined with 19 guest cabins and a residential community of Private Homes featuring floor-to-ceiling glass walls, designed by Olson Kundig.
The resort will also offer forest-to-plate dining, a hidden moonshine whiskey shack in the woods, a resort observatory and a private lakeside beach.
Fitness-oriented hospitality
SIRO Boka Place, Montenegro is slated to open in Spring 2025 and will offer fitness-oriented hospitality, as per the brand’s ethos. SIRO’s guest experience is tailored to everyone from committed athletes to health-conscious frequent travellers.
The hotel will feature a state-of-the-art fitness centre, wellness programs, and a recovery lab offering percussion therapy, electro-muscle stimulation, sports massage therapy, IV therapy, cryotherapy, cupping, dry needling, assisted stretching and more.
Following its sister hotel’s launch in Dubai, this new location promises outdoor activities including hiking and cycling around the Bay of Kotor (also known as Boka Bay), a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Kerzner has several hotels in its pipeline, including One&Only Papagayo and One&Only Santa Maria de Xala.
